Counseling is a process of discovery, a journey that can lead us back to ourselves. Our ability to be “all there,” to be present to ourselves and others, begins with mindfully attending to our thoughts, our emotions, and our bodies. No matter what struggles you are facing, you can be fully present to your life. My hope is to provide a brave and authentic space for you to be your truest self.
